Hey bhaji's Terms and Conditions – Know it, understand it, play it safe

1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hey bhaji platform and all of its services. By accessing the hey bhaji website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Hey bhaji is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. We operate in accordance with the guidelines of regulatory authorities across multiple countries. These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

The following individuals are not permitted to use Hey Bhaji:

• Any individual under the age of 18

2 Account registration and verification

To register on hey bhaji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is a serious breach of these Terms, and any such account will be closed immediately.

What you need to provide at registration:

• Full name (as shown on your National ID)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Active mobile number (for OTP verification)
• Email address
• Password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

The following documents may be required before your first withdrawal request or when a security check is needed:

• Clear copy of National ID or Passport
• Screenshot or documentation of the payment method used
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (if required)

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Hey bhaji supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit
• A specific wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 20x–35x)
• Wagering contribution from bonus balance play varies depending on the type of game
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited
• Accounts found attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent activity will be closed

Hey bhaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users with active bonuses in advance.

5 Gaming rules

All games on hey bhaji are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game itself. It is your responsibility to review those rules before playing.

General gaming rules:

• All games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology – results are completely random
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded
• Hey Bhaji will not be held liable for any game loss resulting from a disconnection
• Official results are considered final in Sports Betting
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final
• Exploiting any bug or error in the gaming software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited

Hey bhaji reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and to withhold payments where necessary. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hey bhaji platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account
• Strategic betting to exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting to hack or breach system security
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other members
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute using false information

7 Account closure and suspension

Hey bhaji may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If security verification fails or KYC documents are not submitted
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Once Self-Exclusion is activated

Your balance situation upon account closure:

• If your account is closed for a T&C violation: bonus balance will be forfeited, and your original deposit may be returned (subject to investigation)
• Closed at user's request: full balance may be withdrawn
• Closed due to inactivity: balance is preserved and returned after re-verification
